WHEN ORDERING FROM LAAGAM YOU HAVE 30 DAYS SINCE DELIVERY DATE TO ASK FOR AN EXCHANGE OF ITEM(S) OR REFUND OF YOUR MONEY
RETURNS: EXCHANGE & REFUND
At LAAGAM, you have 30 days from the delivery date to make a return: ask for an EXCHANGE or a REFUND.
You can exchange your orders for other sizes, colours, products, online store credit or monetary refund. We need the item(s) to be in unused condition, in their original state and packaging.
We are able to process exchanges much quicker than refunds. As soon as your exchange return is in transit to our warehouse, we can ship out your new selected product.
With refunded returns, we cannot begin to process the refund until we have received your order back and the item has been inspected, which can take several days after receiving the product. There may also be an additional wait depending on your bank's processing times.

SPAIN & EUROPEAN UNION
You can exchange your order for whatever you need: another product, size, color, or store credit for future purchases. Exchanges and store credit are free of charge.
You can also request a refund to the same payment method used for the purchase at a cost of €3.90 within Spain and €10 within Europe. We’ll proceed with the reimbursement once we receive the goods in our warehouse and confirm they are unused.
We issue a full refund for the items, but customers will not be reimbursed for the initial shipping costs paid when placing an order at laagam.com.
Just remember you have 30 days from the delivery date!
Important note: Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer and can be processed through our returns platform below.Canary Islands customers must cover the return customs fees in order for the goods to reach our warehouse and the refund to be approved.

Important note: we don't offer free return expenses for international orders. Delivery costs must be covered by the client and can be done through our returns platform below.
Important: your order ID on the Returns Portal must include the symbol # before your order number. Example: #12345

If by any case you receive a damaged product, please contact us at girls@laagam.com and we will arrange an exchange or return covering the costs of these.
The customer is responsible for the item(s) until it has been delivered to our warehouse. Please keep a receipt until you receive your refund in your original payment method.
Laagam does not accept items that doesn’t have the original tag or have been worn, altered or washed. some of our items, due to their unique characteristics, must meet the following conditions in order to be returned:
